TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
BOOKINGS: Provisional bookings will be accepted by email or telephone, but will only be secured on receipt of a completed booking form together with a 30% deposit within 7 days. The balance must be paid not less than one month before the commencement of the let.
PARTY SIZE: The number of people occupying Mansefield House must not exceed the maximum number stated on the booking form, unless by prior arrangement with the owners.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: The house will be ready for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival. On your day of departure, you are requested to vacate the house by 10am at the latest. Please strip all bed linen that has been used & put in the laundry before leaving. Thank you.
CLEANING & BREAKAGE'S: The tenant will keep the property and all furniture, equipment & fittings in or on the property in a like state of repair and cleanliness as at the commencement of the let and will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the let. The proprietors have the right to withhold all or any part of the Good Housekeeping Deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, any monies paid will be forfeit and the proprietors must be notified. For this reason, we always recommend taking out Self-Catering Holiday Insurance. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation by the proprietors, the tenant will be refunded in full.
The accommodation is to be used for the sole purpose of a holiday and the hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof. The hirer of the property shall undertake to ensure that the property is left secure when unoccupied.
