The house stands in an elevated position overlooking Loch Long and the Arrochar Alps beyond, with large private gardens of mature shrubs, trees and lawns.
An enclosed patio and lawned garden area leads off from the games room, with table and chairs, bench, and picnic table, and a large bbq.
The large sloping front lawn, surrounded by rhododendrons (perfect to hide in!), leads down to a quiet road, which separates the house from the beach and Loch Long.
Private parking which can easily accommodate five cars.
The pebbled beach on the shores of Loch long is accessible from steps across the quiet road at the end of the garden. The Loch is tidal, and retreats far out at low tide revealing mussel beds. A range of sea birds and seals can be seen from the end of the garden.
